Will you make custom orders? TOP
I love to make custom orders!  Please send me your ideas and I'll work up a design for you.  When I am done with your design I will send you a picture via email.  If you are not happy with the final product or would like to change something about the set you can.  We will work on it together until we have it right.  There might be times that I am not accepting custom orders such as holidays.  If that is the case I'll send out an email that I won't be accepting them until after the holidays are over.

If I'm not happy with my beads can I return them? TOP
If you aren't happy with your beads I will be more than happy to let you return them for a replacement set or refund.  To receive a refund beads must be returned within five business days of receiving them and ust be in the same condition in which they were sent.  Refunds do not include return shipping costs.

If your "in stock" number is "5" does that mean you have five sets made and in stock. TOP
No.  In order to list sets on my site I have to give them an inventory number.  Most of the time that number is five sets so I don't have to update the number everytime I sell a set.  I have had a few of my local customers come in the shop thinking that I have five sets there because I have five sets "in stock" on my site.  I try to keep sets made up at the shop but they sell fast so before you make the trip to my store front please call to see if I have any made up.  Bead Boutique 330-494-5980

What is the hole size of your beads. TOP

The hole size of each bead is 1/16; if you need the hole larger I have to other sizes.  One for the interchangeable pens, cheese spreaders, and letter openers, and one for the Pandora style bracelets.  If you need the holes larger just indicate it in the message box when you order.
